Fitness: Aerobics

Achieve your goals with more strength and energy by joining the YMCA.  You'll find friendly people, knowledgeable staff and the latest aerobic choreography.  We offer a variety of fitness classes that are included with your membership and all instructors are certified. Strengthen your core with Pilates, stretch and tone with Yoga or kick it up a notch with Turbo Kick.  Click the link below for a complete listing of classes and scheduled times.

Class Descriptions

Fitness Class Policies:

  • If an aerobic class has 6 participants or fewer for three days consecutively, the class may be cancelled
  • Schedule is subject to change.  Please see Member Service Desk for revised schedules.
  • Youth 11-14 may participate in fitness classes under the supervision of a parent/guardian. Youth younger than 11 are not allowed to participate.
