Fitness: Extras

12 Weeks to Total Wellness: Designed to ensure success by progressing gradually, incorporating all aspects of fitness.  Participants will progress in accordance with their individual fitness level while being monitored by trained fitness staff.  Our goal is your success!

Boot Camp: We'll keep you motivated with an action packed hour of drills including cardiovascular conditioning, agility training, core conditioning and more.

Zumba: a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective aerobic fitness party without feeling like a workout.  This class will blow you away! Learn meringue, salsa, samba, flamenco, reggaeton and more in a fun packed easy to learn choreographed class.

Small Group Strength Training: Learn proper form and technique while working out in a private small group setting.  We offer a class for women on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30am and one for men on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm.  If you are interested in forming your own group please contact Laura Menke at 972-5276.

Aerobic Passes: Choose from over 30 classes per week.  Participate in as many as desired for one small price.  $25/monthly or $40 for 6 weeks.

Onsite Corporate Training: With our onsite programming option, you can choose from a list of classes to host onsite at your business, exclusively for your staff.  You can choose from Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Abs and more.  Series of 12 sessions: $324.00
