One On One: Personal Training

Are you finding it hard to stay motivated?  Are you recovering from an injury? Do you need changes in your workout every 6-8 weeks? Have you hit a plateau in your workout? Do you need some new ideas to make your workout more challenging? Would it be helpful to have someone help you with your workout just once a month?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may need a personal trainer.

  • Help prevent osteoporosis
  • Ability to burn fat more efficiently

Each personal training session lasts 45-60 minutes.  All YMCA Personal Trainers are certified and/or ahve a degree in Exercise Science or related field.

Fees: $27 YMCA Member or $37 Program Participant
