The Yakima Family YMCA is an association of people of all incomes, ages, abilities, religions and ethnic backgrounds. Its mission is to nurture the healthy development of children and teens, support families and strengthen communities through our various youth and outreach programs.

Membership is the heart of the Y. When you join the Yakima Family YMCA, you help yourself, your family but also the entire community. Along with the many hours of volunteer time and contributions, membership fees make it possible for your YMCA to provide quality developmental programs for youth, scholarships to those who cannot afford to participate, and a superior workout facility for all.

Access to the above fitness options plus added amenities such as sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room (men's), TV/lounge area, stretching area, strength training equipment, cardiovascular equipment plus included towel service.

 

Payment Options

YMCA membership is available through several payment options:

Monthly EFT: Fees are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 2nd or 16th of every month. A voided check and payment of one full month plus a pro-rated month is required for activation. Non sufficient funds or account closure without notice will result in a $20.00 fee in addition to monthly dues. Membership may be cancelled with 30 day written notice.

Installment Billing: Annual membership rates are payable in five equal installments. Initial payment will activate your membership, subsequent payments are due each month within 30 days of expiration. Once paid in full, membership is good for one year from date of activation. Failure to make all payments as scheduled will result in membership cancellation and forfeiture of funds received.

Annual: Memberships paid in full will receive a 5% discount plus a waived joining fee.

Financial Assistance: Discounted membership fees are based on total household income and number of dependants. A separate application is available, please click here. Payment for membership fees is due each month. Applicant must re-apply if payments are not received within 30 days of expiration.

Membership Rates

Senior Members (62+) receive a 20% discount off regular membership rates.
