Personal training is all about finding your inner strength. Whether you want a more challenging routine, would like help recovering from an injury, or have specific fitness goals, all of our Personal Trainers are certified and/or have a degree in Exercise Science or related fields. We’re here to create a workout plan that’s perfect for you.

Rates for Personal Training Sessions:

Individual Personal Training

(60 minutes)

1-5 sessions:  $45 per session

6+ sessions:   $40 per session

 

(30 minutes)

1-5 sessions: $35 per session

6+ sessions:  $30 per session

Group Training (up to 10 participants)

1-5 sessions: $65 per session

6+ sessions:  $60 per session
