Important Changes to Active/Silver & Fit and Renew Insurance Memberships

Important Changes to Silver & Fit and Renew Active Memberships

  1. Exciting Changes with Renew Active
Starting January 1, 2025, Kaiser will transition from Silver & Fit to Renew Active. The great news is that the Yakima Family YMCA already accepts Renew Active memberships! To ensure your membership continues without interruption, please provide us with your new Fitness ID# in January.
  1. Silver & Fit Premier Membership
Also beginning January 1, 2025, our locations will be accessible through Active & Fit/Silver & Fit on a Premier membership basis. If you currently have a membership through this program, you'll need to confirm and accept the new Premier membership rate with the third-party vendor or your insurance to continue enjoying access to our facilities. If you’re enrolling for the first time, ensure you select the Premier membership option when signing up.

We understand these transitions take time. To support you during this period, we’re offering a grace period until January 15, 2025, to update your membership details. During this time, you can continue to enjoy full access to the YMCA as you finalize the changes. After January 15, memberships will be adjusted for those who have not completed the transition or updated their payment details with Silver & Fit/Active & Fit.

Please note that due to insurance company policies, we are unable to make changes to your 3rd party membership on your behalf. We encourage you to contact your provider directly to ensure the necessary updates are completed. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions about using your membership at our facilities.
