Come join the fun of getting fit with others! With a mix of 75 live and virtual classes per week, we offer something to fit the interests and abilities of all. Classes are included with your membership, so take advantage of our offerings to grow strong in Spirit, Mind and Body.

Ages: Must be 12 years of age to participate (12-13-year-olds need to be with a participating parent)

A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective aerobic fitness party without feeling like a workout.

Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises while using dumbbells, body bars, spin bikes and your own body weight. Total Body Strength + SPIN adds in a spin bike.

Have fun moving to music and flexing your muscles. This class will use bands, weights, and mats. Learn how to activate your functional muscles to make your activities for daily living easier and safer.

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Core workout that uses athletic training principles to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core.

30 minute high intensity interval workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

Indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. With music pumping, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences. Flow classes tend to be more vigorous, aerobic and core-oriented.

This higher intensity class will focus on strength, stability and core while listening to upbeat music.

YFit uses movements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more in powerful daily workouts

YFit uses high-intensity workouts in short amounts of time to produce dramatic gains in fitness. You’ll tackle the WOD (Workout of the Day) and have fun while working hard. Open to all fitness levels, these classes are all about challenging yourself, meeting personal goals, and connecting with others. 

Class length: 30-60 minutes

Ages: Must be 14 years or older to participate

• YMCA Member: $53/per month ($43/month with auto-pay)
• YFit Member Only: $120/per month
• YFit Punch Card: $70 for 6-visit punch card (expires after 60 days)

Shinrin-yoku translates from Japanese to “forest bath” or “absorbing the atmosphere.” This practice or process will encourage you to spend time in nature, slowly, and intentionally focusing on sensory engagement to connect with nature. 18 and older welcome to sign up.

Possible benefits to practicing Shinrin-yoku regularly:

Adult Basketball League is open for members and non-members alike who are looking to experience the thrill of competition or the enjoyment of recreation. Connect with your former teammates, co-workers or friends to form a team and connect with the game you love.

Sessions are offered in the Fall and Spring and consist of a regular season plus playoffs. Each team is guaranteed 10 games. Games are held in Shinn Gym at the Downtown YMCA. Each session consists of multiple divisions to fit your level of play.

Join our fun and growing pickleball community! With three courts, we keep games moving and players rotating to ensure you get the most of your time. Join in by starting a membership or purchasing a monthly pickle ball pass for only $40.

*Schedule is subject to change. During school breaks, pickleball will be played at the Downtown YMCA only.

Join our competitive racquetball community! We offer four courts at our Downtown location to keep you active. There is no registration or sign-up process. Racquetball is open during facility operational hours. Join in by starting a membership or purchasing a monthly racquetball pass for only $35.


Personal training is all about helping you achieve your goals. Whether you want a more challenging routine, help in recovering from an injury or preparation for that upcoming competition, our certified Personal Trainers will create a workout plan that’s perfect for you.
