Whether you’re chasing the thrill of competition or just looking to stay active and have fun, this league is for you. Open to members and non-members alike, the Adult Basketball League is the perfect chance to reconnect with the game you love, whether it's with former teammates, coworkers, or new friends.
We’re revamping our adult sports offerings, and basketball is leading the charge with a fresh, structured league featuring three divisions to suit all skill levels:
🏀 Elite – For advanced players and former collegiate athletes looking for high-level competition
🏀 Competitive – For experienced players seeking a fast-paced but balanced game
🏀 Recreational – For casual players who want a fun and friendly environment

📅 Season Dates: February 02-March 26, 2026
📋 Games: 8-Game Season + Playoffs
👥 Roster Size: 6–12 players per team
😁 Age Limit: 18 and older
📈 Capacity: 24 teams total (8 per division)
💲 Team Fee: $670 — due in full at time of registration
📍 Location: All games played at the Downtown YMCA (5 N Naches Ave)
🗓️ Registration Period: December 8– January 26, 2026
Registration packets are available starting and can be picked up at either YMCA location:
- Downtown YMCA: 5 N Naches Ave
- YMCA & Yakima Rotary Aquatic Center: 3800 River Road
The packet includes everything you need: a welcome letter, league guidelines, and the team registration form.
