YMCA Members and Guests,

We’re excited to announce that the Yakima Family YMCA will be upgrading to a new data management system on November 19th! This update is part of our commitment to enhancing your experience and providing a more consistent, streamlined process for managing your membership and program registrations.


What to Expect

During the first week (and possibly into the second week) of this transition, online access may be temporarily unavailable as we work to migrate your information to the new system. Once the transition is complete, this upgraded platform will allow you to manage your account details conveniently, including the ability to update your credit card information on file.


Possible Changes to Your Membership

This transition will help ensure that ALL accounts are uniform and consistent across our system, this transition may bring some adjustments to your membership or fees. This includes updates to Child Watch, duplicate discounts (we’re applying only the highest), grandfathered locker rentals, and 2022 membership rates that were never updated.
